What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: name, email, phone, self-reported accreditation status, indicated capital range, and any note you choose to add. We also collect standard aggregate analytics — pages viewed, referring source, approximate region — which are not tied to your identity.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to send material you requested, and to determine whether an offering is appropriate for your situation. That is the entire purpose.

What we will never do

Sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate (email delivery, investor management, accreditation verification), each bound to use it only for that purpose.
Enrol you in a marketing sequence you did not ask for.
Send financial documents you did not request.

Retention and deletion

Enquiry records are kept for two years unless you become an investor, in which case recordkeeping obligations under securities and tax law apply. Ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing seth.phillips@mallardlegacypartners.com and we will, subject to those obligations.
